January 2007: Once the Execution Project have been carried out, it is foreseen to start the managemente work at the new Satarbucks cafeteria of the shopping centar Xanadú, in Madrid.
January 2007: Installation of the new Vips restaurant at Alfonso I St in Zaragoza has been finished.
December 2006: construction site has started for the new Vips Restaurant Gino´s, which is located at Manoteras Avenue. Unifica have been in charge of the Execution Project and they will carry out the Construction Manager.
December 2006: Instalation of New Starbucks cafeteria at the Espacio Torrelodones shopping center in Madrid, has been completed.
December 2006: Instalation of New Gino´s restaurant at Alfonso I sT in Zaragoza has been completed.
December 2006: AENOR Company specialists in quality control have commisioned to Unifica "Llave en mano" (hand the key over) implantation of the new offices in Madrid.This is an exclusive building which will be totally redesigned.
December 2006: XI Services Company have selected Unifica among others companies in a closed competition, in order to set up "Llave en mano" (hand the key over) of the new offices in Madrid.
December 06: First part of repair Willis offices at Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid has been completed. The construction is following differents stages in order to avoid interruption in the professional activities of the compañy.
November 2006: Installation of the new Vips restaurant al Juan Esplandiu in Madrid has been completed.
November 2006: Unifica have won the competition organized by Air-France-KLM to the execution of "LLave en mano" (hand the key over) of the new offices in Madrid.
Between October and November 2006, Unifica have carried out the lleva en Mano Installation (Hand the key over) of two premises for the Administration and Customer Service of the Inversis Bank in Barcelona, the area is 600 m2.
October 2006: Unifica finished the Project Management to repair DMR Consulting headquarters in Barcelona.
Fron September 2006 we are working on Execution Proyect and Construction Management to the implantation of differents premises of Starbucks cafeteria. They are located at the town and also at differents shopping centers in Madrid country,
September 2006: Unifica have done the Execution Project of the new restaurant called The Wok, at the Nassica shopping center in Madrid.
September 2006: Tranquilidad Insurance company have occupied their new office in Lisbon. All the Supervision Project, Construction and even the move were done by Unifica.

Applus entrust Unifica with the Proyect and processing of the Construction Permission of their new offices in Madrid. They are located at Las Mercedes Business Park and the area of the offices is 13.500 m2.
August 2006: Infocaja ocupied his new 4000m2 offices at the Burgos avenue in Madrid, "Llave en mano" (hand the key over) Implantation has been done by Unifica.
August 2006: Unifica have finished the Project Management for the implantation of the new offices of Inversis Bank in Madrid, past may the construction site started.
July 2006: The installation of the new Vips Restaurant at la Gran Manzana shopping center in Alcobendas, Madrid, has completed.
July 2006: The construction site which started in April, was completed. Tranquilidade Vida company and Espiritu Santo Seguros company have moved to new headquarters at Columbano Bordalo Pinheiro avenue in Lisbon.
May 2006: The implantation of the new McKinsey & Co. Offices has finished. Unifica are in charge of the arganization and management for the move to the new premises, in order to avoid interruptions to the company.
April 2006: Partido Popular (Popular Party) headquarters were sucessfully reomodelades. Now Partido Popular entrust Unifica with the "Llave en mano" (hand the key over) Project to redesign the ground floor, including several areas of customer service, press conference´s room and several representatives areas.
From march 2006 Unifica are doing Execution Project and Management ¨Work for the implantation and remodeling of several Vip´s premises: Vips restaurant, Gino´s, tio Pepe and The Wok in many spanish cities. It is worth pointing out the short time set by customer to the project as well as the work.
February 2006: Once Execution Project had finished, we start the Management work for the new 7000 m2 Mc Kinsey & Co. office at Sagasta Street in Madrid.
September 2005: Tranquilidade Vida and Espiritu Santo Seguros Insurances companies which are members of portuguese Espiritu Santo corporation entrust Unifica with "Llave en mano" (hand the key over) project of their new 4000 m2 offices in Lisbon.
